how would licensing work for upgrading from 11600 as we are currently licensed for 100 devices but 12.2 enterprise allows more devices than 100 devices? |
There will not be any changes with the license. You will still have 100 device license even after the upgrade to 12.2, for additional license please contact sales(at)manageengine(dot)com |
Is AppManager also integrated module like Netflow, NCM, Oputils ? |
AppManager is not integrated yet, however this is still available as a plugin in 12200 |
Do you have applications manager integration in the roadmap? |

what about upgrade process for central and probe servers?Is upgrade process from probe servers the same? |
Yes it is same. First you need to upgrade the central server from 11600 to 12200 and then repeat the same process on each of your probe servers. Please contact support(at)opmanager(dot)com and our team can help you with the upgrade service. |

If I have enterprise version I need to do the upgrade on the central first and then the central will push to the hole probes? |
Service pack applied on the Central applies to Central server only. Note that the Probe servers need to be upgraded separately, though the service pack file remains the same |
Currently, the iOS app does not let me login. What troubleshooting steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue? |
What is the build number of your OpManager? Please update as a comment here or send an email to support(at)opmanager(dot)com. In the meantime please remove/ re-add the app again and let us know your feedback |
The 12.2 service pack seems to not work properly in Chrome or Firefox. Safari seems to be ok. Is there an ETA as to when these bugs will be addressed? |
We had more than 100 customers upgraded to 12200 last week and we are not seeing any browser issues with chrome/firefox being reported. Please clear the browser cache and try again, for any further assistance please contact support(at)opmanager(dot)com |
Hello. I'm running version 12.2. Do you have any more information about adding new MIB files to OpManager? I have some Cisco switches and would like to monitor all the environmental settings on them. Right now, OpManager does not see any of the environment settings. |
You can copy the mib files to OpManager\mibs folder and add the custom monitors from the respective device template, check the following link for more information, http://help.opmanager.com/add_custom_monitors_api-v12 |
Is there an interactive map which can show alarms? So... when a router or switch has an issue, instead of showing on the active alarm screen it can pop up a red icon on the map for example? |
Yes this is available by default. On any business view map, the devices will display the icons with the highest alarm severity (if the device has a critical alarm then the device icon in business view is displayed in red color) Secondly, Click on Settings> Basic Settings> System Settings> Enable "Alert Notification" This will popup the live alarms |
we tried to set it up in a new server but found we might be wasting time if we dont import our old configuratio, we have a prod v11.6 |
