Hi Vin,

About your comments I understand about user limitation. The point is that the name of "Fuente" on the screen should be FAMACRO07 not MN-CPLLT-16. The tool does not show the server correct where is the database.

Dear Muthu,

Since we do not have the pre-defined device template for checkpoint firewall , we provide you an option to create a custom device template.  If those device are SNMP enabled and if you have the vendor MIB for the specific monitors and if it responds the value for those OID in the MIB Browser which you want to monitor from that device, then place the vendor MIB to the OpManager folder <Install Dir>\OpManager\mibs and then add Custom SNMP monitors. In that case you need to create new device template with required custom monitors and apply the same to your device.

Dear Muthu,

Yes in March 07th patch it is working in our end. Either patch is not applied properly in the product or try to clear the browser history and cache and then try to load the page again and see whether it fixes the problem. If not raise a support request with reference to this forum post we can check this in a remote session.

Hi,

If you want to restore the database in MSSQL, then you need to take a cross DB backup. Please access the old installation and do the following

Open command prompt as an administrator
Go to OpManager\bin\backup and run the below.

BackupDB.bat targetdb mssql

This will create a backup under OpManager\Backup directory. Now restore this backup and check.
